I disagree with that epithet, it is certain that Cabimas City not advance.  Dark streets, with many holes. Previously had

up to 6 cinemas.  Today it is for the story.  This well  has it´s Plaza de Bolivar, but no to the height of large city.

The Plaza Falcòn of  Tierra Negra is more beautiful.  The city has a cololur ugly, their places are ugly.

Cabimas this very very ugly.  Cinderella Cabimas for ever.
